Longing for a sweet embrace
Seeking warmth from burning fires
Buying into fake ideals
Walking blindly into men's desires

Falling into a fatal trap
Accepting offers from a decaying mind
Being lured into a world of pain
Following thoughts of a heart so blind

Smelling sickly remains of a sordid moment
Tasting the dust of a bitter thought
Drowning out pain in a pool of poison
Repeating the cycle in which you are caught
